To ensure the quality of our plants and handmade pottery, we apologize that returns are not accepted after receiving the order.

The product arrives damaged.

Or there is an error in the order.

📦 Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and attach a photo of the product.

💚 All pieces are prepared with care, and the pottery is hand-painted, so slight differences may exist, giving each piece its own unique character.
